Chrome: 'Could not load Shockwave Flash'
When using multiple browsers (such as Firefox and Chrome), you may have multiple types of flash plugins installed, which may conflict and cause the problem. This error usually occurs when you just have your computer (Windows) or Chrome updated. To fix the problem follow the steps described below.
Jika Anda memiliki lebih dari satu perambat (browser) misalnya Firefox dan Chrome, akan terinstall lebih dari satu versi plugin flash, yang konflik satu sama lain dan menyebabkan masalah ini. Error seperti ini biasanya muncul ketika Anda baru saja meng-update Windows atau Chrome. Untuk memperbaikinya, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut ini.
Step 1
Type on address bar: chrome://plugins/, press Enter.
After the page is loaded, expand all plugin details by clicking [+] Details.

Ketik pada address bar: chrome://plugins/, lalu tekan Enter.
Setelah halaman tersebut terbuka, klik [+] Details untuk membuka lengkap.
Step 2
You should see more than one version of Shockwave Flash file enabled under Adobe Flash Player. Try to enable only a newest one as described below.

Anda akan melihat lebih dari satu versi file Shockwave Flash yang aktif di dalam Adobe Flash Player. Coba aktifkan hanya salah satu versi file yang terbaru sebagaimana digambarkan berikut ini.
Step 3
Restart your Chrome and test the enabled plugin by opening any Shockwave Flash file (.swf) containing site such as YouTube.com, Facebook.com and Google.com.
Langkah 3
Restart Chrome dan lakukan uji coba dengan membuka halaman situs yang mengandung file Shockwave Flash (.swf) seperti YouTube.com, Facebook.com atau Google.com.
Step 4
If the problem persists, enable only the older version of Shockwave Flash plugin. Disable the plugin version you've previously enabled in step 2.
Langkah 4
Jika masalah masih terjadi, aktifkan Shockwave Flash versi sebelumnya. Matikan (Disable) versi plugin yang telah Anda aktifkan (Enabled) dalam langkah 2 sebelumnya.
